my little leighton gale 

is nine months old.

here's a little bit of what's been going on with our

nine month old.

sTAtS

weight...18 lbs 6 oz...40th percentile

height...28 in...60th percentile
head...17 1/2 in...70th percentile

sKiLLs

*standing...she has really good control and can stand for a couple seconds before she sits down.

*cruising {while holding on to something}...she loves pushing the dining room chairs all over the kitchen.

*talking on the phone...should i be scared that she already knows how to do this? i always let her talk to clay or my mom on the phone. now if she's playing with it she'll hold it up to her ear.

*eating...she's been eating lots of table food and has some pretty good control getting food into her mouth. although, she's becoming much more opinionated about what she eats.

*obeying...this could go under skills and struggles. she definitely understands no!
*dancing...when music comes on she will bounce up and down...so adorable.

*staring...ummm, hello. did your mother never teach you that it's rude to stare at people??

leighton's personality is coming out more and more.
she is so active and so hilarious.
we love her more and more every single day.
