a hoUsE fuLL

last week our little family was busy.

we had some super fun visitors.

my brother blake, his wife melissa and their precious little boys, emery & max.

they live in tampa, fl.

far, far away.

now, this super fun visit started small.

and then grew and grew.

this is stan & judy (also known as papa & mimi).

they live in abilene, tx.

far, far away from tampa, fl & kansas city, ks.

when they heard the news that all their grandbabies would be together for the first time,

they couldn't resist.

they had to make the 10 hour drive to kc.

even though they just did it 3 weeks before.

this is dan & teresa (grandpa & grammy)

melissa's parents.

they live in albuquerque, nm.

far, far away from tampa, fl.

we invited them to make the trek to see their two grandsons.

so, they drove to abilene.

and then rode with my parents to kansas city.

oh, the things you'll do for grandbabies.

our week was busy.

but oh so fun.

here are a few things we did.

max, just couldn't resist his little cousin.

he would crawl over to her in her swing and they would just hang out and smile at each other.

we did lots of hanging out on the patio

since the weather was just divine.

clay's parents, gary & terri (grumpa & tg)

came over for a little bbq.

lots of grandparents in one little house.

the cousins took a bath together.

leighton's first real bath.

it was crazy.

she was not a fan.

i went to the royals game

with all the boys.

the boys also went to a wizards game.

we took this cutie to fritz's.

it's a train restaurant.

yeah, little boy heaven.

your food is actually delivered by a train.

we hung out in crown center

and checked out the fun fountains.

melissa & emery made a campfire for us

and we roasted marshmallows.

so fun.

of course we also did lots of

shopping

eating

sitting around

going on walks

it was a fabulous week and we had such a great time with all of our visitors.
