today we gave leighton her first taste of solid food.
at first she didn't really know what to think.
but, it wasn't long before she took matters into her own hands.
i think it's safe to say she'll be coming back for more.

oh lei, i appreciate you grabbing the spoon. can you teach your buddy g to do that please? he likes to suck his thumb after each bite which makes a huge mess.
