today is easter.
and on this day, i feel immensely blessed.
overwhelmed really.
clay and i had the privilege today
of serving communion at church
and as i looked into each face,
each redeemed face,
i felt the Lord's mercy.
God is good.
we were able to spend the day with clay's parents
and just relax.
it was a great day.
and i am so very thankful for my family
and for the Lord's redeeming work in my life.

Thank you for the pics of Leighton and for your Easter Greeting. We have had a wonderful day also...church this a.m. and lunch with our 3 children and spouses at your folks house. Late afternoon we had rain and lots of big hail which covered out yard. So glad no tornados dipped down here, but there were some in the area. Have a great week and know we love you.
speaking of communion, zach and i served at the second service and my husband informed me that your husband doesn't love the offering corner that they always assign him...exactly how zach feels. i laugh watching him stumble around trying to figure out who to pass the tray to. good times!
