that we took leighton to deanna rose farmstead
well, the highlight of the trip was getting to feed a bottle of milk to the baby goats.
i thought she would be timid,
a little hesitant.
not one bit.
she jumped in and could have stayed there all day probably.
she started out a little unsure of what to do.
but, don't worry.
these goats are 100% sure of what to do.
they've been trained.
they want their milk.
*please note the bottle in mouth of the goat on the right.
leighton soon caught on.
and before we knew it
she had become a goat feeding expert.
the goats didn't seem to mind that she would shove the bottle in and out of their mouth.
or share the bottle with multiple goats.
and leighton didn't mind one singe bit
when a goat would cozy on up for some cuddle time.
we had a wonderful time.
and will most definitely be returning for more goat feeding fun.

see, she is going to be such a good big sister. babies are like goats...or something.

That little girl is so cute, but those goats are so gross. Worst part of going to DR in my opinion:). I can't believe Lei doesn't mind them getting all up in her grill!
