dinner time around our house is pretty boring lately.
and by boring i may or may not mean nonexistent.
by the end of the day, cooking is the LAST thing i want to do.
unfortunately the eating out budget hasn't changed
so we may or may not eat frozen pizza and macaroni and cheese a lot.
i've been trying to come up with some easy peasy, little to no cooking dinners for us.
you know,
like rotisserie chicken quesadillas
and ravioli with zucchini.
i thought i would share one of our families easy peasy recipes with you.
this is one of my mom's recipes and everyone in our family gives it two thumbs up.
honey baked chicken
4 chicken breasts {i use 2 big costco ones}
combine & pour over chicken
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tblsp. regular mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 heaping tsp. curry powder
bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour spooning sauce over chicken occasionally.
i usually serve it with broccoli.
easy peasy and delicious!
what are your easy, little to no cooking recipes?

um, have you tried that orzo chicken pasta. you can use rotisserie chicken with it. just cook the orzo, dump feta in it and some spinach, some baby tomatoes...pour some olive oil and vinegar on it. bam. delish. the real recipe is on my blog somewhere
This is exactly the easy recipe I needed! Thank you! Let me ask you this, you probably use bone-in breasts right? Not boneless?
