i know.

it's been way too long.

and let's be honest,

i don't have anything exciting to say,

but i do have lots of cute pictures of my two little girls.

so here's a little of what we've been doing.

playing outside. 

leighton couldn't care less how cold or windy or rainy it is.

she wants to be outside all the time!

amelia doesn't appreciate the cold weather quite as much. 

she's more like her mama.

halloween...you should know that i really don't like halloween {it's my mom's fault}.

so my poor little babies ended up with some janky costumes.

i present to you

little bo peep and her little lamb.

amelia wasn't the biggest fan of her george washington look alike hat,

but leighton discovered suckers this halloween and her life has been better because of it.

lots of big smiles happening at our house

and lots of fun sister time!

let me just say that two kids is hard {for me at least}.

getting up multiple times in the night 

and then trying to fill every single second of leighton's day is exhausting.

but man, am i thankful that the Lord has blessed our family with two absolutely adorable little girls.

God is good and He is teaching me to rejoice in Him and that He will sustain me.
