for leighton's second birthday
we wanted to have a party that she would love.
so we went with
ice cream!
the girl is obsessed.
she talks about ice cream whenever she isn't talking about tv shows.
we kept it simple.
homemade ice cream with all the toppings.
and some chips and dip.

there was one really cute birthday girl
who was a little less shy this year when everyone sang to her than she was last year.
there were fun friends to eat ice cream sundaes with.
and one very proud family.

Amelia is obsessed with so many things right now...pink ice cream cones being one of them. I see lots of fun birthday themes in our future! :)
We were with you in our thoughts on Leighton's birthday. Now you are such a big girl abd sleeping in a big girl bed. GiGi is so proud of you, Leighton!!! Hope all the nights will go well now with Amelia too so you can get some good sleep. I can still remember that feeling. Maybe she takes after her Papa. Stan was 6 mos. before he slept the night through. Don't want her doing that.
