aLwaYs, soMeTiMes, nEveR

i saw this today on cassie's blog
and thought i'd join in.
but i decided to give you a short version of my reasoning behind each.

i

aLwaYs
sit at the table to eat meals...we have a food snatching dog
check on leighton before going to bed...after we realized the creaky door doesn't wake her up
say 'i love you' when talking to clay on the phone...it's a habit
shave my legs when i have clean sheets...i love the feeling!
keep the front door open during the day...and sometimes lock it since annalee thinks it's dangerous
wear make up...except today for some reason
eat too much dough when i make cookies...approximately three cookies worth

soMeTiMes
take a shower...i know it's gross
cook dinner during naptime...so much easier to do by myself
take leighton & lucy on a walk in the morning...it's a good way to start off our day
leave the clean clothes on the guest bed for a day...only a very few sometimes
mix my words up...it's a day great
miss teaching...but not enough to go back yet!
listen to music while i'm driving...i hate radio commercials

nEveR
sleep in pants...i hate when they get tangled up
pull weeds the correct way...i can't get the dang root!
drive when clay's in the car...i love to be the passenger
allow the dog to sleep in the bed...and never will!
drink coffee...unless you count caramel frappuccinos
close the blinds in our living room...exept the one time clay was out of town
go to sleep with my make up on...my skin can't take it

what do you always, sometimes & never do?

I love all of yours...and especially your reasons. That probably would have made some of mine make more sense :) I'll add that next time!

love your list and explanations.
freshly shaved legs and clean sheets are soo great.
so are husbands that let us be all-time passengers.
i'm making a 1/2 birthday resolution for you:
"i ALWAYS lock the front door because i am smart and daytime protector of our home, child, and dog."

I agree with Annalee!!!! I ALWAYS lock all the doors all the time! Some times out of habbit I lock Chris out in the garagecon accident! :) I SOMETIMES turn the alarm on too for extra safety. I NEVER go to bed without asking Chris if he checked every door!!

I kinda agree with Annalee about the locked doors- I just always thought you had them open because you were expecting me- I try to remember to unlock the doors when you all are coming over but don't normally do that- just saying-
