one year ago today we were snuggling this precious little thing
today, we are...well not snuggling...chasing after this adorable, big girl
how in the world has it already been one year?
leighton,
you have filled our lives with more love and joy than we could have ever imagined.
we love seeing who you are becoming each day as your personality develops more and more.
you do not believe in sitting back and watching the world go by.
you are in it.
whatever you do, you don't give up.
you keep trying until you get what you want...which is definitely going to give your mom and dad a run for their money.
you are strong willed.
you have an amazing sense of humor and love to laugh when others are laughing or when you want some attention.
i could never have imagined how much i would learn about myself and about my Heavenly Father this past year.
you have given me a glimpse of our Father's love for us and taught me how to love better.
